HL Medical Aesthetics was founded by Hayley Lamb, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Non-Medical Prescriber who believes the safest care can also feel the most personal.
A clinical foundation
Hayley qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2010, gained prescribing rights in 2018, and moved into medical aesthetics in 2020. That background shapes a practice built around consultation, facial anatomy, patient safety, and a natural-not-noticed result.
Today, she brings the same standards into every treatment and every training day — with clear communication, honest advice, and a calm hand.
